Shakshuka “North African Ratatouille”
Shakshuka Pronounced Shak-SHOO-kah is a classic North African dish and one that's eaten for breakfast or any meal of the day. Health Hunter Shakshuka is made with chunky tomatoes, pepper and onion. It is a hearty dish that you can serve for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Ingredients: Peppers, tomatoes, onion, Garlic, Sunfloweroil, Olive oil, coriander, caraway, salt, harissa.
Serving suggestions:
Our Shakshuka is a nourishing and healthy meal in a jar.
- Pour the Shakshuka jar into a large pan.
- Make some holes in the sauce and crack up to 4 eggs.
- Cover and let it simmer until the whites are settled and the yolk is cooked to your liking.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley, cilantro or Mint (Fresh or dry).
