Whole Wheat couscous

Made of whole wheat semolina, this fluffy and nutty whole-wheat couscous is delicious in salads, with roasted vegetables. It’s quick and easy to prepare and makes for a healthier alternative to pasta and rice.

Cooking instructions:

  • Place 1 cup of dry couscous and olive oil in a small bowl and stir with a fork to coat the grains.
  • Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the oiled couscous and gently stir.
  • Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Fluff up the couscous with a fork before serving.
